Terms of service

These terms apply when you browse or buy from onemore.fashion. By placing an order, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, contact us before ordering — we're happy to explain.

1. Who we are

onemore.fashion is operated by ONE MORE, a women's clothing brand based in Egypt. "We", "us" and "our" refer to ONE MORE. "You" refers to anyone using the site or placing an order.

2. Orders

  • After you order, you'll receive a confirmation by email or SMS. Our team may also call or message you to confirm cash on delivery orders.
  • We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there's a clear pricing or listing error, or if we can't confirm the order with you. If you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.
  • We may limit quantities per customer, especially during sales.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP).
  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • You can pay cash on delivery or by card at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.
  • Prices and offers may change, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver across Egypt. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with location and courier schedules.
  • You can inspect your order while the courier is with you. The order is received and paid for in full; any exchange or return is then handled by our team.
  • Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. Orders that can't be delivered because of wrong details may be cancelled.

5. Exchanges and returns

You can exchange or return items within 14 days of delivery, including free exchanges in any ONE MORE branch. Full details are in our Refund policy.

6. Product information

  • We work hard to show colors and details accurately, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • Each product page shows the sizes available for that piece. If you're unsure about fit, contact us before ordering and we'll help you choose.

7. Your account

If you create an account, please keep your login details private. You're responsible for orders placed through your account. Contact us right away if you think someone else has used it.

8. Using our site

Please don't misuse the site — for example, by placing fake orders, giving false information, attempting to access systems you're not allowed to, or copying our content for commercial use. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we see misuse.

9. Our content

The ONE MORE name, logo, product photos, designs and text on this site belong to ONE MORE. You may not copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission.

10. Liability

We're responsible for delivering the products you order as described. To the extent allowed by Egyptian law, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for delays or problems caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
