You have 14 days after receiving your item to exchange or return it — in any branch or from home.

The conditions

  • Within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached.
  • With your order number or proof of purchase.

Exchange in store

Bring the item with its tags and your order number to any ONE MORE branch. Exchanges are free and done on the spot. Find a store

Exchange or return from home

Contact usWhatsApp or call call +20 115 691 6000, or email cs@onemore.fashion with your order number. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Courier pickupOur courier collects the item from your address within 2–3 business days. The shipping cost for home pickup is paid by the customer.

Exchange or refundFor an exchange, the courier brings your new piece. For a return, you're refunded as below.

Refunds

Cash on delivery InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, as soon as the courier collects the item.
Card Back to the same card within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Sale items: exchange within 14 days, refund within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or wrong item? Check your order when it arrives and contact us right away — we'll fix it at our cost, including shipping.
